To cancel within 10 minutes of placing an order:

Please contact / whatsapp our customer support team on 9514444114. Your order will be cancelled. Kindly mention your order ID if you have ordered in a mobile app. As we offer Cash On Delivery as a payment service you orders will be processed & assigned to delivery team as soon as you place your order and you may raise a cancel request within 10 minutes of placing an order through our App / platform.

Cancellation Scheduled delivery / shipment:

Orders that are for next day delivery / Scheduled delivery around 7:30am - 9:00am will have to be raised a cancellation request not less than 10 hours or before 8:00pm the previous night. We are sorry that we are unable to cancel an order after it has been dispatched or delivered except in the case of a quality issue.

Return policy:

We strive to provide delicious meat & great customer experience each time you shop with us. We are happy to take maximum possible measures to keep you happy and resolve any issues that arises.

In the unlikely case of any quality issue, we request you to notify our Delivery Agent or our support team on whatsapp at 9514444114 and your order can be replaced with fresh product / return the cash at no cost.

We do a 100% replacement in the case of damaged goods, quality issues, or error in delivery. If we can only do a partial delivery (a few items might be not available in the market), our staff will inform you or may suggest a replacement for missing items. You have the right to refuse a partial order before delivery and may get a refund.

How do I return an item purchased on from CurryBazaar?

We offer customers an exclusive Refund or Return policy, where you can raise a return request of a product within 10 minutes of placing your order through app / platform. We also accept partial returns considered if one or all products in your order are damaged.

  • Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via phone / whatsapp us at (9514444114) within 10 minutes of receiving the order confirmation.
  • Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return / replace / refund your order. Our Delivery team will take an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.
  • Step 3: We will pick up any damaged products at the time of delivery. Check the products received at the time of delivery if you wish to exchange / return the product for its damaged quality.
  • Note: Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. In case a replacement is not available at the time of delivery, we will refund you the full amount or delivery new product within 30min - 60min.

That cannot be returned / exchanged:

We take utmost care in providing the best quality, Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • We request you to check the product for damages as soon as you receive the package and get a replacement then and there with the delivery team.
  • If original packaging or product is used
  • After 20 minutes of the delivery being made

Can I return part of my order?

Yes. A return can be created at item every level. If you have ordered multiple items, you can initiate a return / replacement / refund for any individual item. Offer items are not applicable.

How will my refund be made?

For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, You get Full Refund at the time of delivery.

When will I get my refund?

Instantly while your package is delivered.

What if I used discount vouchers or loyalty points during time of payment and I have to cancel my order?

Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.

If you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, the same may be credited back to your account in the case of a cancellation.
